Life Style Decision -

Difficult Areas

Sometimes difficult sites require a different approach. This aerial in rural Hawkes Bay was installed remote from the dwelling to get the best signal conditions. The cable was then run in conduit back across the front lawn to the house.

On other sites, the customer may prefer a satellite dish where terrestrial signals are un-useable.

Freeview is accessible from either Satellite or UHF Aerial connections. Aerial reception will provide high definition whereas satellite is good but only standard definition. Satellite reception is best for poor UHF reception areas. Most of Hawkes Bay receives good terrestrial or UHF reception.

Satellite dish for Freeview or other Ethnic and religious channels

Having the dish and aerial on a combined mount saves your house looking like a sailing ship with multiple masts and aerials.

Tidy’s good.
